Where the Bloody Hell is Lord Lucan?

Errata: One of the clues in this game is "Old Zealand", which I have later found out can be interpreted in two ways. I will say that when coming up with clues, I wasn't thinking about the Netherlands.

Lord Lucan is on the run! 

Prime suspect in the murder of Sandra Rivett, you must search Europe to find Lord Lucan and bring him to justice!

But, as with everything that's lost, he may be in the last place you look...
